Since the establishment of the Hoplite Fund charity in 2006, (Registered Charity No. 1116376) it has set out to aid and support Regimental serving personnel, veterans and their families who serve on behalf of King and country. The charity will seek to extend its network, raise funds, and continually learn in order to be fit for the future, and become more agile in its response to serve and deliver effective support to its beneficiaries.
The constant threat from global instability brings an ever-increasing demand on our people and resources. The operational tempo applies pressure to families of our service personnel and civil servants, both during their service and beyond. The Hoplite charity exists to provide immediate aid beyond that of the conventional military and acts as a beacon of strength to serve those who serve us. Whilst always being prepared to provide ‘first aid’ in the event of an emergency, it will increasingly seek to be proactive, capturing and preventing stress from turning into crisis.
A trusted and recognised exemplar Armed Forces Charity who provides unparalleled access to support pathways.
