The Hoplite Fund provides support to serving and former personnel of the Regiment, and their dependants. Verification of service is required in order to obtain support.

Please be sure to complete the form in full, providing all personal and contact details, service background and give as much information as possible about the support being requested and why it is needed.

Once your form has been submitted and received, it will be reviewed by a member of the team. All information is treated in the strictest confidence and NEVER shared with anyone else without your prior permission.

If you’re completing the form on behalf of someone else, you will need to confirm, on the application, that the person who needs the help has given you permission to complete the form on their behalf.
